Prices and booking
How do I get a price?+
Use the instant estimate on our website: choose your service and property size and you will see your price. Or send us a few photos on WhatsApp and we will price it for you. Either way, we confirm your final price before any work begins.
How is the price worked out?+
By the size of your property and the type of clean, not by the hour. Any extras you choose, such as the oven or inside cupboards, are listed separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Will the price change on the day?+
Not without a conversation first. If your home needs more time than we quoted for, we stop and tell you. Extra time is £25 an hour, and only with your say-so.
Is there a discount for new clients?+
Yes. Take 20% off your first clean with code BLANC20.
Do I need to pay a deposit?+
A 20% deposit may be required to secure your booking. We will tell you when we confirm your price.
Can I book a regular clean?+
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly and monthly plans are available, with priority scheduling and a cleaner who gets to know your home.
Do you have a refer-a-friend offer?+
Yes. Recommend us to a friend and you get £20 credit once their first clean is completed and paid for. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer.
The clean itself
What is included in each clean?+
Each service has its own page with a room-by-room list of everything we clean, and a list of what is not included. You will find them all on our services page.
What costs extra?+
Inside the oven is £40, the fridge and freezer £25, inside cupboards £30, a carpet steam clean £20 a room and upholstery £20 a sofa. Tell us when you book and we add them to your quote. End of tenancy cleans already include the oven, the fridge and freezer and inside every cupboard.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?+
No. We bring all the products and equipment we need. If you would prefer eco-friendly products, let us know when you book.
How long does a deep clean take?+
Typically 4 to 5 hours for a one-bedroom home, 5 to 7 for two bedrooms and 7 to 9 for three. We confirm timing with your quote.
Do you clean carpets and sofas?+
Yes. Carpet cleaning starts from £25 a room and upholstery from £20 a sofa. Book either on its own or add it to any clean.

Are your cleaners insured and vetted?+
Yes. Blanc Cleaning is fully insured, and every cleaner is vetted and DBS checked.
What if I am not happy with something?+
Contact us within 24 hours and we will return to put it right at no extra cost.

When are you open?+
24 hours a day, seven days a week. Message, call or email whenever suits you.
Can you come today?+
Same-day cleans are sometimes available. Message or call us with your postcode and we will tell you straight away.
Do you work with landlords, letting agents and Airbnb hosts?+
Yes. We carry out end of tenancy cleans for tenants, landlords and property managers, and guest-ready turnovers for short lets, with linen rotation, restocking and staging available.
Do you clean offices and other businesses?+
Yes. We clean offices, shops, care homes and communal areas, quoted to suit your building. Call us to arrange a visit.
