Who we are

Blanc Cleaning is a cleaning business based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands. We decide how your information is used, which makes us the data controller. You can reach us at info@blanccleaning.co.uk or on 07498 793873.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to quote for, book and carry out your clean:

• Your name, phone number, email address and postcode or address.
• Details about your property and the clean you want, including any photos or videos you send us.
• Messages you send us by the website form, WhatsApp, phone, text or email.
• Booking and payment records. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Reviews or feedback you choose to give us.

What we use it for

• Giving you a price and arranging your clean.
• Carrying out the clean, including passing the address and job details to the cleaner doing the work.
• Taking payment and keeping the business records we are required to keep.
• Replying to your questions and putting right anything you are not happy with.
• Telling you about offers, only where you have asked us to or agreed to it. You can stop these at any time.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only where needed to do the job:

• The cleaner or cleaners carrying out your clean.
• Companies that provide services to us, such as our payment provider, website host, email and customer records software.
• The authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a client and for as long afterwards as we need it for our accounting and legal records. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your information, where we no longer need to keep it.
• Stop using your information for marketing.

To use any of these rights, email info@blanccleaning.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website uses the cookies it needs to work, for example to remember what you entered in the quote form.

We also use two advertising cookies: the Meta pixel, from the company behind Facebook and Instagram, and the Google Ads tag. They only run if you press Accept on the cookie notice. They tell Meta and Google that you visited this website and whether you sent us a quote request, so we can see which of our adverts work and show them to people who are likely to be interested. Meta and Google may combine this with information they already hold about you. If you press Decline, neither one loads.

If we change how we use your information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
