How the price works
One clear price, for every changeover.
Turnovers are priced per property, not by the hour. We agree your price before the first changeover.
Tell us about your property. Bedrooms, bathrooms, how many guests it sleeps and your usual check-out and check-in times.
We confirm your price. A set price per turnover, with linen, restocking or staging listed separately if you want them.
No surprises on the day. If a changeover needs more time than we quoted for, we tell you first. Extra time is £25 an hour, and only with your say-so.
